Tony Speaks At The Globe an Mail's Leadership Conference

Roma Moulding CEO, Tony Gareri was honored to present at conference held by Canada’s largest daily national newspaper last week.

Gareri presented on October 9, 2014 at The Globe and Mail’s third annual Leadership Conference to over 100 of The Globe’s people managers. Held at the Thompson Hotel in Toronto, The Globe’s Leadership Conference aimed to aid in transforming organizational culture. As part of a 75-minute panel discussion, Gareri answered questions and shared how the Roma Team were able to completely overhaul Roma Moulding’s company culture three and a half years ago. Gareri offered personal stories and insights about the difficult yet rewarding challenge of changing a company’s culture.

“I was super excited for the opportunity to be with the amazing people of The Globe and Mail during their Leadership Conference,” said Tony Gareri, CEO of Roma Moulding. “We’ve tried so many tactics and techniques while changing our company culture that I’m always pumped for the chance to share what we’ve learned with an eager audience.”
