Tony Meets With Woodbine Entertainment To Discuss Leadership And Culture

Recently, Tony Gareri and his team were excited to host team members from Woodbine Entertainment, who toured industry-leader Roma Moulding’s facilities for an in-depth culture consultation.

Woodbine Entertainment is one of the premier entertainment groups in Ontario and contacted Gareri after Tania Caza, VP of Humans Resources heard Gareri speak at Recharge 2014, an Executive Roundtable event.

“I feel tremendously privileged to have spent a couple of hours experiencing the Roma culture,” said Caza. “Tony and the rest of the team are truly inspirational. Although already a big believer in positive culture being the critical component in business success, I left Roma after our tour realizing that culture is the key ingredient to being a true game changer. Thanks so much to the entire team for opening up and letting us be a part of Roma, even for a couple of hours. Very special indeed!”

Gareri and his team spent half a day providing tangible, real-life examples of how a vibrant company culture can aid in recruitment and employee retention, improve customer service and ultimately, positively impact the bottom line.

Caza was joined by Senior Director of Hospitality and Off-Track Operations Jorge Soares, Director of Finance Michelle Soans, Director of Health, Safety and Learning Development and Executive Producer Robert Platts.
