Tony Gareri opened the doors to his business Roma Moulding to host 25 of The Entrepreneurs' Organization’s leading entrepreneurs
The EO is a Global business network of 11,000+ leading entrepreneurs in 150 chapters and 48 countries. Founded in 1987 by a group of young entrepreneurs, EO enables business owners to learn from each other, leading to greater business success and an enriched personal life.
Focused on educating, transforming and inspiring, the EO group toured the Roma Moulding HQ facility, and had a chance to chat with Roma CEO, Tony Gareri. Gareri shared the culture and history of our brand, and real-life proof of the importance of Company Culture and Employee Engagement.
“There’s things everywhere, there fun, photos of people, pined up art, its crazy here; but through and beyond that, there is also a company. The people have a sense of ownership and pride in what they do, not just in terms of results, but just coming in and feeling part of a family,” says Dan Demsky, CEO of Unbound Merino, an online apparel brand. Demsky jokes, “I have my own business and I love what I do, but I thought man, maybe I’ll just quit and come work for Roma.”
