Tony Gareri was honored to Keynote the City of Vaughan Customer Service Week Opening Ceremonies!
Gareri spoke to a diverse crowd on November 14, 2016 at The City of Vaughan’s annual Customer Service Week Event. Held at the Vaughan City Hall, in Maple, Ontario, The City’s Customer Service week aimed to leave team members engaged, inspired and thinking about terrific service experiences.
As the events opening ceremonies Keynote Speaker, Gareri answered questions and shared how the Roma Team were able to completely overhaul Roma Moulding’s company culture five and a half years ago. Gareri offered personal stories and insights about the difficult yet rewarding challenge of changing a company’s culture.
“I was both honored and excited for the opportunity to speak to the amazing people of The City of Vaughan, my home, during their Customer Service Week,” said Tony Gareri, CEO of Roma Moulding. “We’ve come so far in our own journey, not without the help of many others, that I’m always honored for the chance to share what we’ve learned with such an eager audience.”
