I believe we’ve made huge strides as a society lately to become more transparent. Thanks in part to social media, we are now offering the world a glimpse into who we are as people, as well as who we are as businesses.

When it comes to creating a great company culture, the question I am most often asked is “Where did you start?

I’m in the middle of a closely guarded facility where access is granted to only a select few. I’m surrounded by advanced technology that looks like it’s from some big budget science fiction film.

As many of you know, I love to read – a lot! I especially love to read books that allow me to gain insights into some of the world’s best companies. I love learning about their trials and tribulations and why they continue to succeed.
